SBI PO Salary 2026 - Basic Pay, Pay Scale & Benefits
SBI Probationary Officers are appointed in Junior Management Grade Scale-I. As per the official notification, the starting basic pay includes four advance increments.

The official is eligible for allowances and benefits such as DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, medical facility, lease rental facility, and other perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
Probation, Bond & Career Notes
- Selected candidates are designated as Probationary Officers on joining.
- The probation period may extend to two years, subject to continuous assessment as per bank policy.
- Candidates must execute a service bond of Rs. 2.00 lakhs to serve the bank for a minimum period of three years.
